| Byron began to develop his guitar playing at the tender age of 8. His style encompasses the percussive elements of contemporary, world and flamenco styles, coupled to more traditional classical influences. Those who have witnessed his concerts also talk of the predominant Mediterranean influence in his performances.
Byron has studied under the tutelage of a variety of contemporary world and classical guitarists, including Giorgio Serci. After a successful period at the Academy of Contemporary Music, where he worked with the late Celtic musician Eric Roche and renowned jazz guitarist Peter Callard, Byron moved into the composition of original pieces. He is now working with renowned music producer Dale Newman (Genesis) on his debut collection ‘Oceano’.
